NEW STAGE RELEASE – Stage 21
Chedworth Properties is proud to release the newest stage in Greenhill Park - Stage 21.
The Stage 21 sections will be easy walking access to the future town centre, and includes a variety of sites, ranging from high density sites to 397m2 sites for a large family home.
Works are already underway and titles are expected May/June 2025.
Webb Drive Extension Construction
Work continues the Webb Drive extension to the southern boundary of Greenhill Park. Kerbs are nearing completion, footpaths are in, and the team are gearing up to construct the asphalt to complete the road. The expected completion date for Webb Drive is November 2024.
Area U Earthworks
Area U earthworks are completed and the project team is working on the design for Stage 24. This stage will be access from Radiata Street and Raleigh Avenue, and include around 45 sections.
CPL working with Community Patrol NZ
Chedworth Properties is working closely with Community Patrol NZ, and has recently made a donation to their organisation in recognition of the help the great work they do in the community.

Key Dates
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Stage 20 – Titles are now ISSUED.
Stage 21 – Titles expected May/June 2025
Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late 2024
Greenhill Park Neighborhood Centre – Consenting work will be undertaken over 2024 and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
