Greenhill Park Open Day
The Greenhill Park show home open day marketing is live and generating a good amount of interest. The marketing includes:
A Facebook event, Facebook post and Instagram post with over 50,000 impressions to date, and over 120 people showing as either attending or interested.
A half page in the NZ Herald booked to go out this week
A full page in the Waikato Herald Property Guide
Radio advertising on the The Breeze, The Edge and Magic FM. All currently live.
Thanks to all the builders who have helped with the campaign. At this stage the weather looks fine, and we are all hoping for a great turnout on the day.
Webb Drive Extension Construction
Work continues the Webb Drive extension to the southern boundary of Greenhill Park. New stormwater culverts are being installed to facilitate flows under the road from the swale network. The pavement design is in the final review process with Council and we are expecting confirmation on this in the coming weeks, with construction of the road itself commencing from there.
Area U Earthworks
Earthworks are being undertaken in Area U to prepare this area for future development. The filling operation is nearing completion, and we expect to have this area ready for topsoil and grass seeding around mid May 2024.
When developed, this Stage (Stage 24) will be accessed off Radiata Street and Raliegh Street, and likely be subdivided in 2026/27.
Key Dates
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Stage 20 – Works Clearance issued. Tiles anticipated in May 2024.
Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late 2024
Greenhill Park Neighborhood Centre – Consenting work will be undertaken over 2024 and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
