Stage 20 – Light poles in, concrete works completed, and berms topsoiled
Stage 20
Concrete is nearing completion in Stage 20 and streetlights are now up. Power boxes are being installed over the next few weeks, and planting is also booked to commence shortly.
At this stage the project is ahead of schedule, so looking very good for titles to be issued in May 2024 if not earlier.
Keeping sites tidy
Most sites are being kept very tidy and we thank those builders. However, there are some that do need a tidy up. Just a friendly reminder to please ensure building sites are kept tidy, rubbish is put into skip bins, temporary fencing is maintained around the site, and that gardens are not damaged.
