Stage 25A nearing completion
Stages 18 & 19
Stage 18 is completed with Titles issued 13 April 2023. Stage 19 is now practically complete on site, and Works Clearance has been APPROVED by Council. The S223/S224C applications were lodged to Council on 27 April 2023 and will be issued by 12 June 2023.
Based on the current processing timeframes from Council and LINZ, titles for Stage 19 are expected June 2023, with settlements being due late June 2023.

We are looking forward to seeing new houses being built in these new stages.
Stage 25A
Stage 25A is nearing completion with concrete 95% completed, including the laneways. The sites are being shaped to their final levels and roading base is being readied for asphalt.
Stage 20
Stage 20 sections are now available for purchase, with construction anticipated to commence in May 2023 and titles to be issued in May 2024. Section numbers are limited (39 sites in total), so please get in touch with the team to secure the site(s) for your next build.
Crime Deterrence and Prevention
Unfortunately, we are aware of some instances where builders have experienced theft and vandalism on sites in Greenhill Park. While this appears to be an increasing problem nationwide, there are some steps we can take to help prevent this. Such steps include.
Ensuring sites are left fenced and secured overnight.
Install cameras in building sites to capture and suspicious activity.
Reporting any theft or suspicious activity to police. Even if this is not immediately followed up on, it does show a pattern of activity that can aid investigations.
