Stage 18 – now completed with Works Clearance approved by HCC

Stage 18

Stage 18 is now practically complete on site with Works Clearance approved by Council. The s223 and s224C applications have been lodged and are expected to be approved this week, meaning we will be lodging for titles with LINZ in early March 2023. Stage 18 titles are therefore expected to be released early April 2023.

The following documents are now available to assist with you Building Consent applications. 

  • Geotechnical Completion Report

  • Services As Built Plans

  • Draft LT Plan

  • Council approved street numbers

With titles being expected in early April, now is a great time to consult with your solicitor to facilitate settlement(s). We are looking forward to seeing new houses being built in this new stage.

Stage 19

Roading is nearing completion with just the chipseal and asphalt remaining. The sites have been leveled, streetlights have been installed and three concrete pours remain. The Council walkover is booked for 15 March 2023. Titles for Stage 19 are expected early June 2023.

Stage 25A

Services are installed and the final drainage connections are being constructed. While the focus has shifted to the completion of Stages 18 & 19, this stage remains on track.

Stage 20

Stage 20 sections are now available for purchase, with construction anticipated to commence in April 2023 and titles to be issued in May 2024. Section numbers are limited (39 sites in total) , so please get in touch with the team to secure the site(s) for your next build.

Key Dates

  • Stage 20 – Construction expected to start April 2023 with titles anticipated in May 2024.
