Welcome the first Greenhill Park Newsletter of 2023. We hope that you had a relaxing Christmas break with family and friends, and managed to find some nice weather along the way!
The team here at Chedworth Properties is looking forward to a busy 2023 with the completion of Stages 18, 19 and 25A, construction starting on Stage 20, and plenty of other exciting projects in the pipeline for this year.
Stage 18 & 19
It was a wet start to 2023 with the first week back on site being hampered by rain. However, the sun then came out in the 2nd week back which allowed concrete and asphalt to be completed for the majority of Stage 18, and a large portion of the kerb to be poured in Stage 19.
The Stage 18 final walkover with Council has been undertaken, and the Works Completion application has been lodged to Council for processing. Once issued we can apply for s223/224, and then titles.
Given the delays from wet weather, Stage 18 titles are expected early April 2023.
While Stage 19 was ahead of schedule, the wet start to 2023 has put the expected titles date back to late May/June 2023.

Stage 25A
Services are now being installed. While the focus has shifted to the completion of Stages 18 & 19, this stage remains on track.
Stage 20
Stage 20 sections are now available for purchase, with construction anticipated to commence in April 2023 and titles to be issued in May 2024. Section numbers are limited (39 sites in total) , so please get in touch with the team to secure the site(s) for your next build.
