Greenhill Park Recognised by Executive Leaders
Recently HCC took a group of executive leaders from high growth councils – Tauranga City Council and Queenstown Lakes District Council – on a short-notice informal bus tour through the central city. We were very happy to receive the feedback below from HCC following this tour -
On the day there was significant flooding right throughout Hamilton and we drove the bus through much of this, however there was no flooding at Greenhill Park.
The focus on stormwater swales and public open space in Greenhill Park left a strong impression on the visitors, and the executive leadership of HCC, for that matter.
They were also very impressed by the long term vision, the density and quality of the layout and builds in the development.
Well done to all our builders who contribute to the success of Greenhill Park.
Stage 20
Stage 20 construction works are progressing well with drainage now completed, and the subgrade improvement layer laid (see photo below). We have meet with the various service providers on 30 June 2023 to confirm services locations and crossings and services will be laid from there.
Stages 18, 19 and 25A – Now Completed!
Stage 18 is completed with titles issued 13 April 2023
Stage 19 is completed with titles issued 8 June 2023
Stage 25A is completed on site with titles expected
August/September 2023 The Geotechnical Completion Report, services as-built plans,
and Council approved street numbers can be found via the links below.
