Stage 20

Stage 20 is practically complete with only asphalt remaining to be laid, which is booked for Monday 4 December. From there we will be undertaking the final walkover with Council and lodging the works clearance application. At this stage the project is ahead of schedule, so looking very good for titles to be issued in May 2024 if not earlier.

Webb Drive Extension Construction

Webb Drive extension construction works have started, with the enabling works getting underway in November. Webb Drive will extend from Carrs Road to the southern boundary of the site. Eventually this will connect down through Ruakura to the University.

Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre

Work has started on the design for Greenhill Park’s Neighbourhood Centre. The Neighbourhood Centre will be made up of a childcare centre, a bar/restaurant, a small supermarket, a medical centre, a pharmacy, along with retail spaces for coffee, hairdressers etc. The Neighborhood Centre will be easily walkable from all sites within Greenhill Park, and will be in very close proximity to the current sites we have for sale in Stages 18, 19, 20 and 25A. We plan to commence with detailed design and consenting in 2024, with construction work on the first stage likely to get underway in 2025/26.

Key Dates

  • Stage 25A – Practically complete. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.

  • Stage 20 – Practically complete. Tiles anticipated in May 2024.

  • Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late 2024

  • Greenhill Park Neighborhood Centre – Consenting work will be undertaken over 2024 and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
