Stage 20 – nearing completion
Stage 20
Concrete is complete, roading basecourse is complete, streetlights are up, landscaping is completed, and the sites are topsoiled. Stage 20 is therefore now completed other than the road sealing which is booked in for December 2023.
At this stage the project is ahead of schedule, so looking very good for titles to be issued in May 2024 if not earlier.
Webb Drive Construction
Works are planned to complete the remainder of Webb Drive from the Carrs Road intersection to the southern boundary of Greenhill Park. This road will eventually provide the linkage from Greenhill Park to the Inland Port and University to the south. The works will include construction of the swale network to manage stormwater. Construction is planned to start in November 2023 and the works are expected to take 6 – 9 months to complete.
