Stage 21 works in full swing
Stage 21
Stage 21 works are progressing well, with stormwater and wastewater drainage nearing completion. Service trenches will then be opened and our usual service providers, WEL Networks, Tuatahi First Fibre, and First Gas will be on site to install their respective services.

Neighbourhood Centre
Design work is progressing for the Neighbourhood Centre. The management team of Chedworth Properties is working closely with the key tenants of Stage 1 to ensure the development is fit for their needs, and able to appropriately service the community. We are still aiming to have resource consent lodged to Council before the end of the year.
Webb Drive
The footpath and kerbs are more or less completed, and topsoil has been placed along the berms of the road. We are finalising discussions with HCC around the pavement design with further testing being carried out on Monday 2 September to feed back into the design work. Once the design is confirmed pavement works will get underway, with a late 2024/early 2025 completion now anticipated.

Key Dates
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Stage 20 – Titles are now ISSUED.
Stage 21 - Titles expected May/June 2025
Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late 2024/early 2025
Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre – Consenting work will be undertaken over 2024 and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
