Stage 21 Roading Underway
Stage 21
Stage 21 drainage works are complete, and construction has started on the subbase improvement layer (SIL) for the road. Service trenches are booked to be opened and our usual service providers, WEL Networks, Tuatahi First Fibre, and First Gas will be on site to install their respective services.
All of the standalone sections in Stage 21 are now UNDER CONTRACT, however we still have sections available in Stages 18, 19 and 20 and high density sites available in Stages 25A, 20, and 21. For section pricing and availability please see our website www.greenhillpark.co.nz/sections-for-sale/
Webb Drive
Following months of design work and discussions with Council, we have an approval from Council to proceed with the pavement for Webb Drive. The pavement will be Hi-Lab, which is a construction technique reasonably new to the New Zealand roading industry, and has been used more recently on the Waikato Expressway. HiLab pavement construction is expected to start in October.
Updated Neighbourhood Centre Layout
Neighbourhood Centre
Through ongoing discussions with potential tenants we are looking at updates to the Neighbourhood Centre plans. This would include assigning the north east block to a Childcare provider, moving the bar/restaurant, and moving the medical centre. The general proposed new layout is shown below, but is subject to change as further discussions progress.
Key Dates
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Stage 20 – Titles are now ISSUED.
Stage 21 - All standalone sites are now UNDER CONTRACT. High density sites still available.
Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late 2024/early 2025
Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre – Consenting work will be undertaken over 2024 and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
