Stage 21 Roading Underway
Stage 21
Stage 21 drainage works are complete, and construction has started on the subbase improvement layer (SIL) for the road. Service have now been installed by our usual service providers, WEL Networks, Tuatahi First Fibre, and First Gas, and the service trenches are now backfilled.
All of the standalone sections in Stage 21 are now UNDER CONTRACT, however we still have sections available in Stages 18, 19 and 20 and high density sites available in Stages 25A, 20, and 21. For section pricing and availability please see our website www.greenhillpark.co.nz/sections-for-sale/
Webb Drive
Construction of the HiLab road is underway and the first section was laid in late October. That section is now being tested to ensure the construction methodology delivers the anticipated specifications. HiLab construction will continue through November and December and we are aiming to have this mostly, if not fully completed by the end of the year. This will be followed by asphalt, lights install, and completion of the road signage and painting etc in early 2025.

Neighbourhood Centre
The updated plans are being worked on by the architect currently, and we expect to have these completed in early November. From there works will progress on the resource consent application which will be developed over November and December.
Key Dates:
Stage 18 and 19 – Titles Issued. Sections are available.
Stage 20 – Titles Issued. Sections are available.
Stage 21 - All standalone sites are now UNDER CONTRACT. High density sites still available. Titles expected May 2025.
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Sections are available. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late 2024/early 2025
Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre – Consenting work will be undertaken over 2024 and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
