Stage 21 Progressing well with concrete down
Stage 21
Stage 21 concrete works are well underway with the footpaths poured and carparks about 50% complete. This stage is on track for completion in early 2025, with titles expected to be issued in May 2025.

Webb Drive
Construction of the HiLab road is progressing well with the first layer being successfully laid. Rock has been spread in preparation for the construction of the second layer to commence. The works are on track for completion in early 2025.
Neighbourhood Centre
The neighbourhood center resource consent application is being prepared and will be lodged this Thursday before the Xmas break. In the meantime earthworks are being undertaken to prepare the area for construction of the initial site works which are expected to commence mid 2025.

Stage 18 and 19 – Titles Issued. Sections are available.
Stage 20 – Titles Issued. Sections are available.
Stage 21 - All standalone sites are now SOLD. High density sites still available. Titles expected May 2025.
Stage 25A – Practically complete. Sections are available. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.
Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late early 2025
Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre – Resource Consent due to be lodged before Xmas 2024 (today) and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
