Stage 21 Complete

Stage 21 construction is now complete. The walkover inspection with Hamilton City Council was undertaken at the end of Feb. From here we have the completion reports underway, and are still on track for titles in May 2025. The completed stage look amazing and we are looking forward to seeing new homes being built over these new lots. 

All of the standalone sections in Stage 21 are now SOLD, however we still have sections available in Stages 18 and 20 and high density sites available in Stages 25A, 20, and 21. For section pricing and availability please see our website www.greenhillpark.co.nz/sections-for-sale/

Webb Drive

Construction of the HiLab road continues to move forward and is nearing completion. The HiLab 60 and HiLab 40 layers have been completed for the majority of the road and there is chipseal down along around 50% of the road. We are aiming to have the road sealed with asphalt by the end of March. 

Neighbourhood Centre

The neighbourhood center resource consent application has been lodged with Council and we are working through the consenting process with them now. The S92 further information request has been received and those matters are being addressed currently. We are aiming to have resource consent issued by mid 2025.

Key Dates

  • Stage 18 – Titles Issued. Limited sections are available.

  • Stage 19 – Titles Issued. This stage is SOLD OUT.

  • Stage 20 - Titles Issued. Limited sections are available.

  • Stage 21 - Titles expected May 2025.

  • Stage 25A – Practically complete. Sections are available. Titles available ~1 month from purchase.

  • Webb Drive extension – Works underway and expected to be completed in late early 2025

  • Greenhill Park Neighbourhood Centre – Resource Consent lodged and construction on Stage 1 expected to commence 2025/26.
